All Sales Final

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our premade ZipUp hoodies, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine if you qualify for a replacement or store credit.

Sizing

Please review sizing details carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for sizing issues, as all items are accurately listed.

Shipping Issues

Once your order has been shipped, M$M is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delivery delays caused by the carrier
